Engr. Md. Saiful Islam joined Wartsila Bangladesh Limited, 110MW Barge Mounted Power Plant, Khulna as Assistant Engineer in 2010 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). During his tenure at Wartsila Bangladesh Limited, which spans over three and half years, Mr. Saiful Islam was involved with the commissioning of KPC-2 (115MW RPP) and Khanjahan Ali Power Plant (40MW RPP). After the commissioning completed he has worked in KPC-2 both in Operation and Maintenance department successfully. He joined Raj Lanka Power Company Limited, Natore in 2014 and was assigned in various key positions for instance as Shift-In-Charge Engineer, Maintenance-In-Charge Engineer, Lead Operation Engineer. In September 2014 he received Best Engineer Award for outstanding performance from Raj Lanka Power Company Limited while serving as Maintenance-In-Charge Engineer. He has received training on Power Plant Operation and Maintenance for Wartsila 18V46 Engines from Heladhanavi 100 MW Diesel Power Plant, Puttalam, Sri Lanka.
Mr. Gamini Sarath
Mr. U. G. Sarath is a career banker. He has a B.Sc. (Business Administration) from University of Ceylon and a Post Graduate Diploma in Economic Development from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Arts degree from University of Colombo and Master of Business Administration from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. He started his carrier at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Then he moved in to merchant banking. He worked at several merchant banking institutions in Sri Lanka where he managed to arrange large project finance deals. Mr. Sarath, with his 40 years of experience in the financial sector brings in immense value to the financing and commercial operations of the LTL Group. Before joining LTL Group, Mr. Sarath was the CEO of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL). Mr. Sarath currently serves as a Director, Lakdhanavi Limited whilst he also serves as the Chairman of Ceylex Engineering (Pvt.) Limited

Md. Shohel Perveg
Mr Shohel Perveg is the “Manager – Operations” of Raj Lanka Power Company Limited. Shohel is a graduate of Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) where he received a BSc in mechanical engineering.
After graduation, Shohel launched his career in Singapore where he worked for Yokogawa, Singapore as an employee of GM Engineering Pte. Limited. Shohel is a former president (2012-2013) of Swapna Sagar Association, DUET.
Mr. Moin Uddin Ahmed
Mr. Mohammed Sumon is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), U.K and Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA). He is currently pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 Examination. He has also obtained Certified Accounting Technician, UK (CAT) degree from Kaplan Financial Ltd., London, UK.
Mr. Mohammed Sumon started his career as an Assistant Manager in Wasabi Restaurant Ltd, Unit 6, St in’s Court, Paternoster Row, London, UK. After returning back to Bangladesh, he joined as an Assistant Manager (Audit & Assurance) in Ahmed Zaker & Co. Chartered Accountants (A member firm of Kingstone Sorel Smith International) and worked for two years where he gained experience in the stream of auditing and assurance.
Later Mr. Sumon moved to the corporate sector by joining at Fast Group (Sole distributor of Faber Castel Product) as Manager (Finance & Accounts). In March 2016, he joined at Buildtrade Group as Manager (Finance & Accounts).
Mr. Sumon started his career with Raj Lanka Power Company as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the finance and accounting function of the two established power plants of 52.2 MW each, Lakdhanavi Limited- Branch as well new 114 MW power plant of Feni Lanka Power Limited.
Mr. Salim Ashraf Mamun
In May-2016, he joined at Raj-Lanka Power Company Limited as a “Trainee Mechanical Engineer” in the department of Operation. Then He was promoted to “Assistant Shift-Engineer” in Oct-2016. From January-2018, Again He was promoted to “Shift In-Charge Engineer” & in January-2020, He moved to the Maintenance department & promoted as “Maintenance Manager”. From 1st June 2021, he was again promoted as Acting Plant Manager for his recognition of the commitment and skill has demonstrated in his employment. He completed training on ‘Engine Operation & Practical Course’ in Wartsila, Turku, Finland in 2019.
In 2022, January, he was promoted & took the responsibility as Plant Manager to operate the full operation of Raj-Lanka 52.2 MW HFO Fired Power Company Limited
Mr. Shohel Perveg
Mr. Shohel is the “Manager – Operations” of Lakdhanavi Bangla Limited. Shohel is a graduate of Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) where he received a BSc in mechanical engineering.
After graduation, Shohel launched his career in Singapore where he worked for Yokogawa, Singapore as an employee of GM Engineering Pte. Limited. Shohel is a former president (2012-2013) of Swapna Sagar Association, DUET.
